Job Summary

Denzour Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Beverages/FMCG industry, proven experience in handling sales teams, driving market expansion, achieving sales targets, and developing distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and expand distributor, retailer, and channel partner networks.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the sales team.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and market intelligence sharing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.
Candidate Requirements
  • Graduate/MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 6–10 years of sales experience in reputed Beverage/FMCG brands.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in team handling and team building.
  • Strong distributor management and market development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Delhi NCR market dynamics.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
