Job Summary
Denzour Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Beverages/FMCG industry, proven experience in handling sales teams, driving market expansion, achieving sales targets, and developing distributor networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and expand distributor, retailer, and channel partner networks.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and market intelligence sharing.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- Minimum 6–10 years of sales experience in reputed Beverage/FMCG brands.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in team handling and team building.
- Strong distributor management and market development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Good knowledge of Delhi NCR market dynamics.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
