Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide ongoing training and development to sales team members to improve sales effectiveness and performance.
  • Set clear performance expectations and evaluate individual team members performance regularly.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Revenue Growth:
  • Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and ensure that these goals are met or exceeded.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities and growth areas.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with high-profile clients, prospects, and partners to drive sales.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting:
  • Monitor sales activities, performance metrics, and KPIs to ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to the executive team on sales performance, progress toward targets, and key challenges.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Oversee the maintenance and expansion of customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in high-stakes negotiations with strategic clients and customers.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure customer needs are met and new sales initiatives are successful.
  • Provide feedback from the sales team to assist with product development or improvements.
  • Market Analysis & Trend Monitoring:
  • Continuously analyze the sales landscape, including industry trends, market shifts, and customer feedback.
  • Use insights from data analysis to drive decision-making and refine sales strategies.
