Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales targets by promoting biomedical equipment and services to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare facilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and customer needs.
  • Prepare and execute sales forecasts and strategic plans for the assigned area.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Improve sales productivity by coaching and mentoring sales representatives.
  • Conduct joint field visits with sales executives to engage healthcare professionals and drive performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Work Experience: 7+ years in Sales & Business Development, particularly in Hospital Equipment Sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry and medical device regulations.
