1. Job Summary/Purpose
. Role involves achieving financial targets by boosting sales in assigned territory.
. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining good relations with all external & internal customers.
. To ensure regular customer visits as per defined norms or more frequently if required.
. Achieve territorial sales target & profitability through execution of marketing strategies & tactics.
. Plan and implement promotional activities at customer level.
. Maintain a detailed record of customer accounts (incl. key opinion leaders, Key personnel in Retail & Institutions) as per defined norms or requirements.
. Ensure timely submission of reports to manager.
2. Responsibilities
. To achieve sales target & profitability through execution of marketing strategies & tactics.
. Maintenance of Customer database.
. Analyze sales trends in territory and take corrective action wherever necessary.
. Plan and implement promotional activities at customer level.
. Identify tender/rate contract opportunities in Public sector and follow up for conversion.
. To attend conferences, participate in special events and do product presentations as per requirement.
. Attain territorial sales goals & boost profitability by implementing marketing approaches & methods.
3. Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science / Pharmacy
Experience : 5 years of relevant experience
Travel Requirements: 80-100%
