Job Description

Build relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners. This will involve
networking, attending industry events, and maintaining regular communication to ensure that
the hotels are top of mind for potential customers. This will help to increase occupancy rates and
overall revenue for the hotels
Developing & maintaining prospect & customer list based on strategic marketing data & other
sources for sales leads.
Engaging in local branches of nationwide organizations, trade conferences, nurturing industry
relationships & closing possible opportunities.
Travel to cover the entire geographical expanse and meet clients across the region that enable to
drive revenue
Ensure customer satisfaction by working along with Ops, quality, customer service, to address
any customer concerns or issues
Client Acquisition and corporate relations with companies.
Active in liaison relationship within industry
Engage & retain clients with immediate escalation facilitation, regular visits & value delivery.
Leading in legal liaison, contracting & payment agreement with clients.

Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization
