Area Sales Manager:( West -Mumbai ) Responsible for managing sales @ Westen Region
Responsibilities
- Execute and achieve targeted sales volumes and value for assigned territory on monthly and year-on-year basis.
- End to end Customer relationship and Key account management.
- Develop Opportunity hopper and manage it through Sales Automation tools.
- Continuously manage distributor operations, optimizing for order fulfillment, inventory, and claims management
- To Manage support Distributor sales team to achieve the goals.
- Coverage of assigned Market / area, demonstration of products at the Customer location
- Conducting contact programs at the key account locations
- To Generate support for Annual Rate agreements with Key accounts
- Forecasting, sales plan development, marketing plan execution with growth mindset.
- Shall collaborate with cross functional teams for customer service and complaint management.

- Deliver operating and collection plan
- Build execute channel plan at the Territory
- Channel management

- Develop opportunity pipeline Updating SFDC
- Stakeholder engagement -End customer /PMC/BSC/ Dealers Interior contractor
Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role, requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Key account /End customer sales experience
- Business Management acumen
- Strong communication presentation skills
- Ability to engage build relationship with PMC/Interior/Dealer
Qualifications Required:
- Prior work experience (5-7years) in Sales Managing End customer Channel /Similar Industry
- MBA from a reputed institute / BE or B. TECH
