Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous professional development.
- Ensure that patients with colostomies receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
- Develop and implement educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare providers to raise awareness about colostomy care.
- Manage the allocation of resources, including budgeting, stock liquidation and equipment maintenance, to optimize the efficiency of colostomy care services.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to monitor and improve the quality of care delivered by the colostomy care team.
- Ensure that all colostomy care services adhere to relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts, staff schedules, and performanceevaluations.
- Analysis of the reposts sent by HCS.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and outcomes of Territory Manager.
Qualifications:
- Graduation or Post Graduation (MBA)
- Proven experience in colostomy care or wound care management or pharma marketing or medical devices.
- Team handling, hiring, training and guiding.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous improvement.
