Job Description

Location: Mumbai, Delhi [Haryana, NCR], Nagpur( Rest of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh), Pune (Pune +Goa), Karnataka [Bangalore, Mangalore, Belgaum+ Hubli], Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana), Kerala [Kochi+ Thiruvananthapuram+ Ernakulam], Punjab, Uttar Pradesh [Lucknow, Allahabad] ,Kolkata, Madhya Pradesh, Chennai.

Experience: 7-8 years

Job Profile:

·    Expand market presence and optimize sales coverage within the region.

·    Develop and execute area sales strategies to meet company objectives.

·    Analyze market trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities for growth.

·    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives, providing training and motivation to achieve targets.

·    Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve team performance.

·    Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and beauty outlets to expand market reach.

·    Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.

·    Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals with key accounts.

·    Collaborate with marketing and product teams for successful product launches in the assigned area.

·    Ensure all sales teams are trained on new product lines and sales techniques.

·    Promote the brand through local events, workshops, and partnerships with beauty professionals or influencers.

·    Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.

·    Track and analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.

·    Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales pipeline.

·    Ensure proper product availability and distribution across the area.

·    Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

·    Oversee stock levels at various retail points and implement measures to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.

·    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

·    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·    In-depth knowledge of the cosmetic industry, market trends, and customer preferences.

·    Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

·    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

·    Salon Experience Required.
