Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Built-in Appliances for the Delhi/NCR region. The role involves driving sales growth, expanding the channel network, and developing strong relationships with kitchen studios, architects, interior designers, dealers, and distributors for premium built-in appliance brands.
The ideal candidate should have experience in brands such as Built-In Appliances or similar premium appliance/lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for built-in appliances across Delhi/NCR territory.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, kitchen studios, architects, and interior designers.
- Expand market reach by appointing new channel partners and retail counters.
- Promote premium built-in kitchen appliances and ensure strong brand visibility in the market.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for partners and customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Manage distributor stock levels, secondary sales, and sales forecasting.
- Ensure timely collections and smooth business operations within the assigned territory.
- Maintain regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in built-in appliances, modular kitchen, consumer durables, or premium home solutions industry.
- Prior experience with brands like Häfele, Faber, Kaff, Bosch, Siemens, Elica, or similar brands preferred.
- Strong network within kitchen studios, architects, interior designers, and dealer channels in Delhi/NCR.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling territory independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
