Job Details & Open Positions - 

• Locations: Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune
• Interview Process: Face-to-Face (F2F)
• Joining Timeline: Early joiners preferred (Max within 15 to 30 days)
• Lead Generation: High-quality leads will be provided to support sales execution.

1. Area Sales Manager (ASM)

• Experience Required: 3+ years of relevant experience in the Life Insurance Direct Channel.
• Fixed CTC: Up to 6 LPA
• Key Responsibilities:
• Drive overall area sales and achieve assigned business targets.
• Acquire new customers and increase business through the Direct channel utilizing provided leads.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Track daily sales performance and productivity.

2. Branch Sales Manager (BSM)

• Experience Required: Higher overall experience (5+ years preferred) with a proven track record in the Life Insurance Direct Channel, including minimum 2–3 years of core leadership and team-handling experience.
• Fixed CTC: Up to 8 LPA
• Key Responsibilities:
• Drive overall branch sales, profitability, productivity, and growth.
• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor branch expenses and maintain operational cost efficiency.

Common Candidate Requirements -

• Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of insurance products and direct sales processes.
• Core Competencies: Strong leadership, target-driven mindset, and excellent local market execution skills.
