Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager in Bengaluru North. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee sales operations within your assigned territory. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, managing client relationships, developing effective sales strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring a team of sales executives. You will also analyze market trends, prepare performance reports, and identify opportunities for growth in the real estate and property services sector.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and business development skills, with a strong ability to meet revenue targets and lead sales strategies.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide sales teams towards achieving goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills, with a customer-first approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, monitor market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Experience in the PropTech, real estate, or service industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
