KANtherm India Pvt Ltd. is expanding and looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore!
If you excel at building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals—this role is for you.
What You Will Do
· Drive sales growth and expand KANtherm's presence in the region
· Build strong relationships with wholesalers, installers, contractors, and HVAC partners
· Identify and convert new business opportunities
· Promote KAN's full product range (pipes & fittings) and provide technical/product support
· Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and weekly activity reports
· Collaborate with internal teams including logistics and customer service
· Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
· Secure orders and achieve sales targets
What We're Looking For
· Degree in Mechanical Engineering (must-have)
· 3+ years of sales experience in the HVAC sector (pipes & fittings preferred)
· Strong client network in the industry
· Technical knowledge of plumbing systems (PP, PEX, PERT, INOX, Steel System) is a strong plus
· Proven success across the full sales cycle
· Excellent communication & relationshipbuilding skills
· IT literacy (MS Office)
· Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
· Valid driving licence
· English proficiency
