Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager – Laminate B2B Division will be responsible for driving business growth through Project Sales and OEM Sales in the assigned territory. The role requires strong relationship management with architects, interior designers, contractors, OEMs, builders, and institutional clients to increase product penetration and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive laminate business growth in the assigned territory through B2B and project sales channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and OEM clients.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in projects, institutional sales, and OEM segments.
  • Handle product presentations, sampling, specification approvals, and project closures.
  • Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and monthly business plans.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Support branding and promotional activities in the assigned territory.

Job Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8 – 10 years of experience in Project Sales and OEM Sales.
  • Experience in Laminate / Plywood / Building Material industry preferred.
  • Strong network with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and OEMs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
