  • Job Description: Area Sales Manager – B2B (BNPL / Fintech Partnerships)* Location: Kerala and Mumbai Working Days: 6 days CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹8 LPA (Fixed) Experience Required: 5 – 10 years Interview Mode: Telephonic / Virtual / Face-to-Face (as per location)
  • Position Overview*

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager with strong experience in B2B sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, the ability to build long-term partnerships, and a strong network among key decision-makers, preferably within Insurance, Fintech, or related industries.

This role focuses on expanding partnerships in the BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) ecosystem and driving sustainable revenue growth.

  • Key Responsibilities*
  • Business Development*

Identify, target, and onboard potential B2B partners relevant to the BNPL ecosystem

Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and grow new partnerships

  • Relationship & Account Management*

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Foster trust, collaboration, and long-term partnerships to drive repeat business

  • Sales Strategy & Market Expansion*

Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and channels

Understand organizational structures of partner companies to drive effective engagement

Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets

  • Market Research & Industry Insights*

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the BNPL space

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration*

Work closely with internal teams including Product, Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations

Ensure alignment on offerings and smooth partner onboarding and support

  • Reporting & Performance Tracking*

Track sales performance, key business metrics, and market feedback

Prepare regular reports and share insights with internal stakeholders

  • Qualifications & Skills*
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (any industry)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability in client acquisition and relationship management
  • Willingness to travel inter-city and intra-city as per business requirements
  • Go-getter mindset with strong ownership and execution skills
