Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager based in Rajkot, with an allowance for some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and identify opportunities for business growth within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and reporting on market trends and competitor activity. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and ensure the achievement of overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and identify market opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and reporting
