Job Description
- Manage and expand the sales network within South India to achieve regional targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the Automotive Industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Train, guide, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team objective
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Area Sales Manager Should Have
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in car channel sales and dealership management, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong market exposure across South India, particularly Karnataka, Telangana (Hyderabad), Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse market data and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales activities.
