We are looking for a high achieving Sales Lead to drive growth across Delhi NCR.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and scale sales operations across the region
• Build and manage strong distributor & dealer networks
• Leverage existing market relationships to accelerate growth
• Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team
• Drive structured reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking

What We're Looking For:

• 6–8 years of proven sales experience
• Mandatory exposure to automobile ancillaries / accessories segment
• Strong industry connections and market understanding
• Demonstrated experience in team handling and leadership
• Sharp analytical and reporting skills
