About the Team and the Role

:The Sales team at Ather is responsible for building a network and establishing the blueprint for selling Electric Vehicles in India, driving a historic transformation of the two-wheeler commute through a breakthrough product and an engaged community

.This role is for an Area Sales Manager who will play a key role in the growth story, owning the business in their region and ensuring growth in sales while maintaining high levels of customer experience and operational profits

Responsibilitie

  • s:Drive sales through assigned Channel Partne
  • rsBuild teams and systems that ensure sustainable sales growth while maintaining exceptionally high customer experience standard
  • s.Foster and manage strong relationships with retail partners to ensure business thriving and alignment with brand visio
  • n.Execute operational excellence at Channel Partners covering local demand generation and sales driving activitie
  • s.Analyze the sales funnel to identify problem statements, develop solutions, and motivate teams for implementatio
  • n.Deliver against steep ramp-up plans with a focus on scaling the regional business effectivel
  • y.Manage multi-stakeholder inputs from internal teams and external partners to maintain design and operational integrit
  • y.Conduct regular performance reviews and site assessments to ensure business health and consistency across location
  • s.Strategise and strive to improve Ather market share in the assigned territo
