Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage B2B sales for solar panels within the assigned territory.
● Identify and onboard new distributors, EPC companies, installers, system integrators.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
● Manage lead generation, follow-up, and closure.
● Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM.
● Support channel partners with product knowledge and pricing.
● Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts for smooth order execution.
● Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
● 1–3 years of experience in solar panel sales / industrial sales / electrical sales.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to travel within the assigned region.
● Knowledge of solar industry trends and B2B selling.
