Role Overview
Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to handle and expand sales operations in Karimnagar, Telangana. The role focuses on B2B sales, distribution development, retail sales, and channel partner management for solar and electrical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales across the assigned territory
- Develop and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners
- Handle retail sales and channel sales
- Promote and sell solar products, electrical products, batteries, and inverters
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
- Build strong relationships with EPCs, installers, retailers, and corporate clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and collections
- Submit regular sales and performance reports

Experience & Qualification
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 10 years
- Mandatory experience in solar sales and electrical product sales
- Strong exposure to battery and inverter sales
- Experience in B2B, distribution, retail, and channel sales is essential
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Local market knowledge of Telangana preferred
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently
