Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Mysore. The Area Sales Manager will drive sales growth, manage and develop relationships with distributors, oversee field sales teams, and implement marketing strategies to meet sales targets. This role involves monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and ensuring the successful execution of business plans while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in business development and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in market research and customer relationship management
  • Leadership skills including team management and the ability to motivate a sales team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in presentations and client interactions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the bathware or related industry is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics
