Role Description

This is a full-time Area Sales Manager role based in Vadodara, offering a hybrid work model allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned region by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Key duties include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, managing sales pipelines, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role will require preparing regular sales reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of AlphaCore's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, and new business development.
  • Strong understanding of Industrial IOT solutions, predictive maintenance, and manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and utilizing CRM tools for managing sales pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in industrial or technology sales is a plus.
