Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving sales growth and market development for Aeroaids and its Com-Paint product lines. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves managing key accounts, developing relationships with OEMs, vendors, distributors, and retailers, and ensuring product availability across the assigned territory. The Area Sales Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, track performance against targets, conduct regular market visits, and gather competitive and customer insights. The role includes coordinating with internal teams for pricing, promotions, and supply, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and supporting trade activities and marketing initiatives. The Area Sales Manager will also prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management while maintaining high standards of customer service and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including territory management, account handling, and relationship building with industrial and retail customers.
- Experience in the paints, coatings, automotive, or related manufacturing sector, with understanding of OEM and distributor/retail sales channels.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities, with capacity to conduct product demos and technical discussions confidently.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, track market trends, and prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and action plans.
- Ability to work independently in the field, prioritize tasks, and meet targets while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems for managing leads, opportunities, and customer information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in an area/territory sales manager or similar role and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
