Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Distributor Management

  • Ensure distribution and visibility of company products within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships; handle distributor and customer grievances effectively.
  • Responsible for the appointment of Company Distributors (CD) and Super Stockists (SS).
  • Assess and manage fund requirements from the market to achieve targeted business volumes.
  • Ensure distributors have the necessary infrastructure to meet sales and distribution targets.

Driving Sales

  • Set and monitor CD / ID-wise sales targets and planning.
  • Manage stock allocation and billing per distributor (CD) requirements.
  • Conduct market intelligence and provide structured feedback on competitor activities.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities for sales growth.
  • Lead regular sales reviews and performance analysis.

Workforce Management

  • Build the team through structured recruitment at ASE (Area Sales Executive) and SR (Sales Representative) levels, including induction and onboarding.
  • Guide, motivate, and lead the sales team to meet targets and improve performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and align team efforts with business goals.
  • Ensure adherence to all sales policies and SOPs across the area.
  • Provide training and continuous development to the sales team.

Brand Building & Business Development

  • Plan and execute BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities in the assigned area.
  • Implement consumer promotions and ensure maximum engagement and reach.
  • Identify business expansion opportunities to retain and grow market share.
