You are the growth partner for every medical retailer who depends on our services to run their business seamlessly.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will drive business growth by increasing the supply of medicines to retail pharmacies in the assigned region.
You will lead a team of Delivery Partners (DEs) to achieve monthly sales, collection, and coverage targets while maintaining strong retailer relationships and market discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new retail pharmacies in the assigned area.
- Ensure consistent order flow and sales growth from existing retailers.
- Promote full utilization of Acintyo Local's catalogue (2L+ SKUs) and ensure customers get every product through our network.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor outstanding collections and ensure retailers adhere to credit terms.
- Maintain complete visibility on daily supply, orders, collections, and returns.
- Train and support field executives (TBMs) to drive performance and achieve territory targets.
- Work closely with distribution partners and suppliers for smooth inventory management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
