Job Description

Our client is looking for a sales leader with strong experience in molecular biology, diagnostic kits, fine instruments, RTPCR reagents, electrophoresis, and other lifescience tools within the Academia & Research segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth for the assigned region
  • Identify and develop new accounts while growing existing ones
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and a robust pipeline
  • Promote company products and services across territories
  • Develop and manage distribution networks
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, supply chain)
  • Drive value-based selling and effective customer engagement

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (Academia/Research segment preferred)
  • Strong key account management experience
  • Ability to communicate technical information confidently
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • MBA preferred
