Our client is looking for a sales leader with strong experience in molecular biology, diagnostic kits, fine instruments, RTPCR reagents, electrophoresis, and other lifescience tools within the Academia & Research segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth for the assigned region
- Identify and develop new accounts while growing existing ones
- Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and a robust pipeline
- Promote company products and services across territories
- Develop and manage distribution networks
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, supply chain)
- Drive value-based selling and effective customer engagement
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (Academia/Research segment preferred)
- Strong key account management experience
- Ability to communicate technical information confidently
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- MBA preferred
