Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in selling IT services and products, including:
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (Servers, Storages, Network, Workstations, Desktops, etc.)
- IT Facility Management Services
- Security Solutions (including product licenses)
- IT product sales (Servers, Storages, Network, Workstations, Desktops, etc.)
- Ability to achieve assigned sales targets
- Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and lead follow-up
- Capability to schedule meetings with senior management and present tailored proposals
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Regular customer interaction for feedback and relationship management
- Coordination with the delivery team for customer feedback and service improvement
- Ensuring timely invoicing and payment collections
- Must have hands-on experience selling IT products/services and worked in the Mumbai region for at least 2 years
Tools & Technologies:
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools
