Role Summary:
Drive sales and business development for the Transportation Safety Division in the Delhi NCR region by championing road safety solutions, engaging with government and private sector stakeholders, expanding customer and channel partner networks, and contributing to the division's growth in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer & Channel Management:
- Lead end-to-end customer and channel partner relationship management, including key account development.
- Drive channel partner development, provide sales training, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Government & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong engagement with government authorities (PWD, NHAI, Smart City initiatives, police departments), consultants, and major contractors.
- Ensure 3M product specifications are incorporated in relevant government tenders and project documents.
- Solution Selling & Product Promotion:
- Identify customer challenges, analyze needs, and deliver tailored solutions aligned with 3M's safety goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, seminars, and awareness programs to promote road safety and demonstrate product differentiation.
- Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Identify new business segments, introduce new products, and explore untapped market opportunities.
- Develop sales forecasts, execute marketing initiatives, and achieve assigned targets on a monthly and annual basis.
- Process & CRM Management:
- Use CRM and sales automation tools to maintain an active sales pipeline and manage opportunities effectively.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer service and complaint resolution.
