About the Role
The
Area Sales Manager – Two-Wheeler Loan is responsible for driving sales volumes and building a high-quality loan portfolio for two-wheeler financing across branches at a pan-India level. This role focuses on expanding the reach of the two-wheeler loan product across various customer segments and channels, while ensuring compliance, portfolio quality, and cost-effective delivery. The role also involves leveraging technology to enhance customer experience and contribute to the bank's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for two-wheeler loans in the identified segments.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisition by analyzing customer needs.
- Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on customer opportunities and requirements.
- Ensure adherence to sales norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure quality sourcing aligned with the bank's credit and operational policies.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Foster a team environment focused on digital enablement to holistically meet customer needs.
- Drive initiatives that support the bank's rapid growth targets and strategic objectives.
- To improve the sourcing from strategic alliances and direct channels.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduate degree in any discipline (Full-Time).
- Post Graduation in any discipline preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking or loan sales, preferably in two-wheeler or vehicle financing.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of retail lending products and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
