Our client is a leading LED lighting manufacturer known for innovative and sustainable solutions, serving retail brands, residential, and corporate clients across India.


Role Snapshot

We're looking for a driven sales professional to manage and grow retail client relationships across MMR and nearby regions, delivering customized LED lighting solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business with retail chains, showrooms & brand outlets
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships & upselling
  • Understand client needs & propose custom lighting solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections
  • Track market trends & identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate internally for proposals, pricing & delivery

Must-Have

5-6 years in lighting / similar industry sales
Strong retail client network in MMR
Proven track record in B2B retail sales
Strong negotiation & closing skills
Willingness to travel locally
