Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for industrial products in the Hyderabad region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the industrial retail sector.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to provide relevant feedback to the organization.
  • Travel within the region to meet with potential clients and attend industry events.
  • Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in industrial retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in B.tech Mechanical or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset to overcome challenges and drive sales growth.
  • Leadership & Team Management.
  • Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and teardown of in shop kiosks.
  • Engage passing foot traffic to increase brand awareness and generate on-the-spot leads.
