Market Scanning and identifying business opportunities in the assigned geographical area.

Appointment of STOCKIST / AD/ DD in the assigned territory .

Should design market in such a way with zero conflict between the Channel partners.

Day to day tracking of Sales Target & Collection .

Plan to achieve targets within the time frame every month.

Should have Close watch on Market and activities of Competitors.

Collaboration with A+ Contractors Architects & Engineers

Supporting team by visiting with them were they are facing challenges.

Generating high volume of business by dealing with projects like Hotel, Hospital , Residential & Commercial.

Maintain good relation with all the Builders & Developers of the each and every city.

Should Track and Guide his team members to achieve maximum output with healthy time management.

Arranging brand promotional activities like Retailers Meet , Architect Meet , Associates meet & Influencers meet.
