Locations: Krishnagiri | Tirupur | Salem | Coimbatore | Bangalore | Thrissur
Experience: 3–5 Years
CTC: Bangalore – Max ₹60K/month | Tamil Nadu – Max ₹50K/month | Thrissur -Max 42K/month
Must Have:
- 3–4 years of FMCG Sales experience
- Food/Food-related industry experience mandatory
- Strong area sales, distributor & retailer handling experience
- Degree mandatory

Job Description
Summary:
Visit retail outlets as per journey plan and ensure targeted Secondary Sales
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit 40 outlets on a daily basis as per the assigned the route plan
• Lead and Train the Distributor Salesman (DSM) and monitor his/her Bill Cut and Line Cut (& for Self) & achieve average min 20 BC and 15 LC
• Ensure merchandising in the Store and maintain FIFO and reduce damages to the least extent (less than 2%)
• Achieve the budgeted secondary target and drive DMS and ensure proper fulfilment
• Ensure availability of all SKU's as per the Stock norm of 10 days at the distributor point
