Key Responsibilities

• Visit salons, beauty stores, skincare clinics, and retail partners within assigned territories.
• Introduce and promote the company's skincare product portfolio through product demonstrations, samples, and marketing materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, distributors, and beauty professionals.
• Drive product placements and improve brand visibility across the market.
• Execute promotional campaigns, product activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support business growth.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, retail sales, or field sales is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and business development.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel within the assigned territory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory.
• English communication skills will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn and grow.
