Job Overview:
ZestRenew is looking for a dynamic and result-orientedArea Sales Executivefor theregionto expand our solar solutions business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new customers, and achieving sales targets for residential, commercial, and industrial solar installations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities forrooftop solar systems and solar energy solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships withresidential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Conductsite visits and customer meetingsto understand requirements and present suitable solar solutions.
- Preparequotations, proposals, and follow-upsto close sales.
- Coordinate with thetechnical and installation teamfor smooth project execution.
- Achievemonthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and developlocal channel partners, dealers, and installers.
- Conductlocal marketing activities, field visits, and promotional campaigns.
- MaintainCRM records of leads, prospects, and sales pipeline.
- Stay updated ongovernment solar subsidy schemessuch as residential solar programs.
Required Skills :
- Strongsales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding ofsolar products and rooftop solar systems(preferred).
- Basic knowledge ofMS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Willingness to travel within theRajnandgaon and nearby regions.
Qualification :
- Graduate inBusiness, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Diploma or certification inrenewable energy/solarwill be an added advantage.
Experience :
- 34 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Prior experience insolar, electrical, construction, or energy sectorwill be preferred.
