Area Sales Officer - uPVC Doors & Windows Sales & Marketing

NCL Buildtek is looking for a proactive and results-driven Area SalesOfficer to promote and sell our uPVC Doors & Windows products. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent communication and selling skills, focused on achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence within the builder and architectural communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell uPVC Doors & Windows products within communities of Architects, Project Management Consultants (PMC), Builders, and other interested parties.
  • Implement all promotional activities effectively to enhance product visibility and drive demand.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients and influencers in the uPVC Doors & Windows market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good communication and selling skills.
  • Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid license is mandatory.
  • Qualification: MBA in Marketing or BBA in Marketing.
  • Presentable and fluent in English and the local language.
  • Proactive approach and self-driven.
