Role Description

Location -Ahmedabad( Gujarat), Indore and Bhopal(Madhya Pradesh)

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Ahmedabad, Indore & Bhopal Region, with some opportunities for remote work. As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned region, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities for Keestrack Machines. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, presenting product offerings to prospective clients, collaborating with the marketing team to implement strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to promote client retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales capabilities, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with construction equipment and industry trends or a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in a hybrid role effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or construction equipment industry is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities for mining equipmentsalesin the region.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with mining companies, corporates and channel partners.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Mining / Metallurgical Engineering(preferred).
  • 4-5 years of experience in Earth-moving equipmentsales, preferably in the mining or heavy engineering sector.
  • Proven track record of handling Earth-moving, mining equipment/machinerysales.
  • Strong regional network in the mining and metal industry (preferred).
  • Knowledge of mining machinery, mineral processing equipment, and related technology.
  • Ability to understand client technical requirements and align with solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office andsalesreporting tools.
