Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for an Area Sales Executive based in Ranchi. The primary responsibilities include managing and driving sales activities for assigned territories, meeting or exceeding sales targets, engaging with healthcare professionals to promote products, and implementing sales strategies. The Area Sales Executive is expected to build strong relationships with clients, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and generate actionable insights to grow market share in the region.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing: Proven experience in sales and marketing activities, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business outcomes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Skills in building, maintaining, and fostering strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Market Analysis: Competence in analyzing market trends, understanding competitors activities, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present products and solutions effectively.
  • Problem-Solving and Negotiation: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate agreements with clients.
  • Knowledge of the Otc Industry: Familiarity with Otc products and practices is a strong advantage.
  • Condidate Must Graduate
