Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting Soudal's innovative product range.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

3. Manage and grow existing customer accounts.

4. Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Graduate or MBA

2-5 years of sales experience in the construction chemicals, adhesives, or related industry.

SKILLS:

  1. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  3. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  4. Willingness to travel.
