Job Description:

  • Territory & Target Management: Responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory for General Trade & Modern Trade across Personal Care, Food & Snacks, Dairy, and Beverages categories.
  • Client Development: Identify and develop key clients to drive business growth and ensure target accomplishment.
  • Sales Planning & Forecasting: Prepare monthly sales plans and forecasts, taking into account product shelf life and market trends.
  • Channel Management: Manage distribution channels effectively to maximize reach and sales performance.
  • Cost & Resource Management: Monitor costs, allocate manpower based on individual capabilities, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Business Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct month-wise business forecasting, benchmark against previous years, and align data with the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Competition Tracking & Strategy: Track competitors and proactively develop strategies to counter new entrants in the market.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Mentor, motivate, and guide team members to achieve sales targets, business generation, and maintain activity ratios on a monthly basis.
