Experience Required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Marketing in to Lighting background
- Preference will be given to candidates from Lighting / Industrial sectors
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and generate New business opportunities in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, Distributors, Builders, Architectures, consultants, and end customers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution
- Conduct market research , gather customer feedback, and analyze competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team
Desired Skills Competencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in B2B / B2C / Industrial sales
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer management
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
