The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to own a city. You will be the clinical face of Osteoskill in Chennai — building the market from the ground up, engaging directly with surgeons, and converting those relationships into referrals and active cases.
This role is designed for someone who thrives on autonomy — home-based, working independently in the field, with the full backing of our Delhi team. If you are a high-performing medical device sales professional where your effort directly shapes your results and earnings, this is it.
What You Will Be Doing
▸ Engaging in-person with OMFS, Craniofacial Surgeons, Oncological Surgeons, and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons across clinics and hospitals in Chennai ▸ Understanding each surgeon's pre-surgical planning needs and presenting our PSI solutions with clarity and clinical confidence
▸ Converting surgeon interest into active cases — managing the full cycle from DICOM scan collection through to implant design, manufacture, and delivery
▸ Attending surgical CMEs, maxillofacial and craniofacial conferences, and hospital-level events
▸ Maintaining a structured weekly reporting cadence to the Business Development Manager, New Delhi
Coverage: Chennai city | Interstate and surrounding area travel subject to business opportunities
Who We Are Looking For
✔ 2–5 years in medical device, surgical implant, or biomaterial sales with a proven record of case conversions
✔ Dynamic presence and genuine ability to connect — someone who walks into a clinical environment with confidence and leaves with a relationship worth building on
✔ Familiarity with surgical workflows, implant procedures, and hospital procurement
✔ Existing network of OMFS, craniofacial, oncological, or plastic & reconstructive surgeons in Chennai is a significant advantage
✔ Self-starter — accountable without a local office or on-site manager
✔ Fluent in Tamil and English; conversational Hindi an added advantage
Educational Background
Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Biotechnology is the baseline. BDS graduates especially encouraged to apply. MBA in Sales/Marketing or strong commerce background with surgical device sales experience also considered.
