Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to expand our presence in Kolkata and surrounding regions. The role involves field sales, partner onboarding, and relationship management for our herbal wellness product range.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident, professional, and skilled in convincing and closing deals through direct interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and onboard potential partners such as:
  • Gyms
  • Wellness centers
  • Nutritionists & dietitians
  • Clinics and holistic practitioners
  • Conduct in-person meetings and product presentations
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with partners
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a pay-per-sale model
  • Plan and manage daily field visits efficiently
  • Follow up with prospects and close sales
  • Maintain records of meetings, sales, and follow-ups
  • Represent the brand professionally and ethically at all times
  • Coordinate with the internal team for updates, offers, and materials
Eligibility & RequirementsMandatory Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (FMCG, Pharma, Wellness, or related industry preferred)
  • Must own:
  • Bike (with valid driving license)
  • Laptop
  • Smartphone with active internet connection
  • Excellent communication skills in:
  • Bengali (mandatory)
  • English
  • Hindi
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Kolkata and nearby areas
