Job Description

  • Government Sales Management: Drive sales in key government hospitals and medical colleges across Kolkata and other towns in West Bengal.
  • Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing teams and purchase departments in hospitals.
  • Demand Generation:
  • Generate demand and secure purchase orders for 3M C3SD products approved by the West Bengal Government.
  • Introduce proprietary 3M products in medical colleges to open new business opportunities.
  • Promotional Activities: Conduct In-Service Programs (ISPs) and other engagement initiatives to promote new best practices and clinical protocols in hospitals.
  • Channel Partner Management: Manage primary sales through dedicated government channel partners, ensuring smooth supply chain and compliance.
  • Distributor Development: Coach and train distributor sales teams to generate business in upcountry hospitals.
