Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will focus on driving sales by building strong relationships with schools and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include identifying and connecting with potential clients, managing relationships with schools, developing sales strategies to meet targets, and pitching Ezyschooling's platform and services. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and contributing to business development strategies to achieve organizational growth goals.

  • Sales and Relationship Management: Experience in business development, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Proven ability in analyzing market trends, developing growth strategies, and identifying opportunities.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software, data analysis tools, and other relevant technology platforms.
  • Leadership and Problem-solving: Strong leadership abilities with problem-solving and decision-making skills under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the education sector and familiarity with school admission processes are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and independently as necessary.
