Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Executive located in Yamunanagar. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting Ekansh Pharma's pharmaceutical products. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting market research, managing distribution channels, and ensuring timely product delivery. The role involves regular customer meetings, addressing client needs, and staying updated on industry trends to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including lead generation, account management, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong market research and analysis abilities to identify potential opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in achieving sales objectives
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis software is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region
