Objective

Drive sales growth, expand the customer base, and enhance brand presence within the assigned territory by leveraging a strong network of OEM & End users and promoting Pilz safety products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Develop and maintain a robust network of customers.

Execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Promote and sell Pilz safety products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Understand local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Leverage knowledge of local language and culture for effective communication.

Provide technical support and guidance to clients.

Represent Pilz with professionalism, embodying the company's vision and values.

Desired Candidates

Bachelors degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Automation, or related field).

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Industrial automation.

Strong network of OEM clients and industry contacts.

Proficiency in local language and understanding of regional culture.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Bachelors degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Automation, or related field).
