- Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships

Training & Development
- Conduct on-the-job training for BAs at stores and monthly classroom sessions
- Provide product knowledge and skill training including makeup application and sales techniques
- Implement initiatives for BA motivation, retention, and engagement
Territory & Performance Management
- Manage sales territory including travel to multiple locations
- Monitor BA performance and provide actionable feedback
- Ensure adherence to CRM and reporting requirements
