Area Road Logistics Manager

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager - Road Logistics to lead our Hyderabad business, with end-to-end responsibility for operational performance, customer management, people leadership and P&L. This is a predominantly operations-focused leadership role (70% Operations / 30% Strategic), with a strong mandate to ensure operational excellence while driving sustainable and profitable business growth.The role will manage an established team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless customer service, strengthen relationships and identify opportunities to expand the business.

How you create impact

• Own the overall P&L and business performance of the Hyderabad branch.
• Lead day-to-day trucking and transportation operations, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage vendor and transportation partners to ensure consistent service delivery and operational performance.
• Own key customer relationships, proactively managing feedback, service issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the branch team, ensuring clear objectives, accountability and strong engagement.
• Drive commercial performance by identifying opportunities for business growth, customer acquisition and expansion.
• Work closely with the national organization and key stakeholders to deliver agreed financial, operational and strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, implement best practices and strengthen operational excellence.
• Support commercial activities including business opportunities, solution development, pricing and customer proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.

What we would like you to bring

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Road Transportation / Contract Logistics.
• Strong and proven experience in Trucking / Road Transportation Operations Management.
• Prior experience managing teams and leading people.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, commercial performance and business growth.
• Ability to balance operational execution with a broader strategic and commercial perspective.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing vendors, transportation partners and service delivery.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.
