Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Retail Area Sales Manager for South based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will oversee multiple retail stores in South India, manage sales targets, analyze sales performance, and optimize operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising and motivating sales teams, ensuring excellent customer experiences, creating sales strategies to meet goals, and addressing customer concerns promptly. Collaboration with other departments to align goals and maintain the company's brand standards is also required.

Qualifications

  • Leadership skills for effectively managing and motivating store teams.
  • Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
